This is the last in a series of articles designed to help you and your teams to move through the seven stages of change when it comes to AI readiness in the workplace.
In previous articles we wrote about stages 1 – 6 of the Kubler-Ross Change Curve (Shock, Denial, Frustration, Depression, Experiment and Decision) in relation to AI, and some actions you and your teams can take to progress through these. So finally let’s take a look at the integration stage.
STAGE 7 – INTEGRATION
Once your organisation is actively moving forward using AI to drive innovation, optimise operations, and enhance competitive advantage, you’ve reached the stage of integration.
AI is becoming a natural, valuable part of your teams’ day-to-day work and the strategic future of the business.
At this point, your focus shifts to maximising AI’s potential, ensuring continuous learning, and fostering a culture of AI-driven excellence. You’re looking to deepen expertise, explore advanced applications, and ensure your teams are not just using AI, but truly mastering it.
So how do you keep up this momentum?
- Continue to reinforce positive behaviours and celebrate successes.
- Look for opportunities to continuously improve and innovate.
- Embed AI learning ongoing L&D programs.
- Support internal AI champions to share best practices and foster continuous adaptation to new AI tools and capabilities.
