We strongly believe in a fair price for a good service. High-quality training will give you the best return on investment, whereas cheap training can be a false economy that fails to deliver the long-term results you need. We seek to provide the highest levels of personalised service and support at an honest price.

A cost tailored for you

The one thing we don’t believe in is a one-size-fits-all costing model, because no two teams, projects, or objectives are the same. For this reason we price each training programme as a project, shaped around your goals, your timeline, and your budget.

Whether you’re rolling out new tools, upskilling a department, or tackling a specific challenge, we start by understanding what success looks like for you. From there, we design a training solution that delivers real return on investment.

What do we need to consider?

There are many factors we will consider and discuss with you when costing your project, such as:

  • Your team’s end goals and the specific skills they will need to lean to achieve these.
  • How to best work within your budget to maximise your return on investment.
  • Course syllabus and depth, areas of speciality, best matched trainer(s) for delivery.
  • Most appropriate training format, e.g. on-site, online, classroom, one-to-one sessions.
  • The optimum number of training workshops and number of attendees.
  • Format and content of supporting materials.

This approach gives you full clarity and control. You know exactly what you’re investing in, and exactly what your team will gain.

What will be included?

Our aim is to provide a comprehensive service. The cost of every project will include:

  • A discovery meeting to clarify your objectives and constraints.
  • An agreed training programme including syllabus and workshop schedule.
  • Bespoke design of training content and resources.
  • Delivery by an experienced consultant-trainer.
  • Post-session support and follow-up materials.

Nobody likes additional charges so we always seek to avoid them. If any additional expenses are required (e.g. travel to your premises) the cost of these these will be agreed with you prior to delivery of any work.

We believe in a fair price for a good service. High quality training does not come cheap. However we can provide an excellent service for less, as we deliver all training online or on-site at our customers' premises so avoiding the overheads required to maintain a dedicated training centre.
